Situated just 30 metres from Villa Michaela, Casa Una was the original farmhouse for the estate and after an extensive modernisation process it now consists of five bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, a cosy sitting room and a large modern kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine and an Aga cooker.
 

Casa Una is 485 square metres set on two floors.

There are four bedrooms with 6ft wide double beds, and one room with three 4ft wide single beds. A cot is also available.
 

The kitchen and dining room open out on to a paved dining terrace with a marble table seating 12, a 200 year old pizza oven, and a large lawn with trampoline, with wonderful views of the Apuan Alps.
 

Guests have access to Villa Michaela's pool (17 metres by 10 metres) and also the villa tennis court surrounded by our olive grove.
