12 double bedrooms and 11 bathrooms (10 of which are en-suite. Of these, 4 have twin beds, the others 6 foot wide super-king beds) If necessary twin bedded rooms can be arranged .

5 reception rooms (drawing room,TV room, library, 2 dining rooms, the larger one seating 32)

2 kitchens (villa kitchen and limonaia kitchen – can also be used as a third dining area)

Consecrated chapel (perfect for weddings, blessings, recitals)

Games room with American pool table and table tennis and cinema .

 

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 24 adults but if a larger capacity is required there is the adjacent  CASA LEONE  comprising 6 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms . (SLEEPS 13 AS ONE OF THE DOUBLE BEDROOMS HAS THREE 4 FOOT WIDE BEDS IN IT SLEEPING THREE SINGLE PEOPLE COMFORTABLY )

EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE RENTAL PRICE LIST 2009

Rate for main villa for 22 adults:	EUROS  32,000
Rate for CASA LEONE  for 13 people	EUROS  900008,00

 

Deposit :	30% submitted with booking form at time of reservation.
Balance:	10 weeks before arrival date
Security deposit:	E3,000. Reimbursed 14 days after last visit
Included:	Heating ,, utilities, exclusive use of villa, gardens, grounds, pool and court. Services of manager and chef and at least two other staff
Not included:	Food, beverages, telephone, fax, internet, transfers, heating of the pool above the standard temperature 24C (during the period May – September incl.)
